53.5 & 58.5mm Puck Diffuser Screen

Take Total Control of Your Extraction with the Pesado Puck Diffuser Screen

Designed by popular demand to help you squeeze every drop of flavor from your beans, this puck screen changes the physics of your extraction. By sitting between your machine's shower screen and your coffee bed, it tames the incoming water and manipulates the pressure inside the basket for a noticeably better tasting cup.

Key Features & Brewing Benefits:

• Prevents Channeling: The screen acts as a heavy-duty buffer against the powerful gush of water from the group head, forcing it to disperse gently and uniformly across the entire coffee bed.

• Fixes the "Muddy Puck": If you prefer to use a smaller dose of coffee in a larger basket, the extra empty space (headroom) often leaves you with a sloppy, soupy puck. This screen takes up that excess room, leaving you with a dry, compact puck that knocks out cleanly.

• Boosts Extraction Yield: By slowing down the water flow and increasing the internal pressure, the screen extends your brew time. This slower extraction pulls more dissolved solids out of the coffee, giving you a richer, more developed shot.
